who we are

White message board with a quote from Paul Coelho in black letters on a white background

We are Navigators. Witnesses. Reflectors.

We walk with founders through complexity – not to direct, but to attune.

We help you listen beneath the noise.

We help you name what’s been felt but not spoken.

Not to chase customer love or the next funding round,

but building in a way that feels true to live in,

and strong enough to carry others with you.

That’s The Third Way.

why we exist

This isn’t about following a formula.

It’s about discovering what’s true for you,

and finding a way to build that’s resonant and sustainable.

We walk with founders,

not to instruct or steer,

but to help you find

clarity, alignment, and momentum.

as you bring your vision to the world.

what is the third way?

The Third Way is a founder practice,
walking with early-stage teams from Pre-Seed through to their Series A.

It is the practice of navigation, helping founders know themselves, know their business, and know their way forward.

Our Pillars of Practice

Know Yourself

Strengthen your founder mindset, presence, and capacity to lead through uncertainty.

Know Your Business

Cut through noise, create clarity, and see the terrain as it really is.

Know Your Way

Shape strategy, explore options, and chart the routes that truly resonate.

We don’t tell you what to do.

We help you see clearly, decide with confidence, and move in ways that feel true.

Not the “right way”, but your way.

Founder & Principal Navigator

I’ve spent over two decades as a student of leadership, product, and technology –
growing a global business from before its first million in revenue to over a hundred million.

But more than that, I’ve been walking beside teams and people as they move

from uncertainty to clarity.
from vague idea to resonant product.
from customer pain to shared delight… and back again.

I don’t tell people what to do (though you’ll get my opinions).
I help them see what they already know, and what they don’t, and help them navigate towards clarity.

I make people feel heard, while drawing attention towards what’s not being said.
I help map what’s true, so you can build something real, resonant, and sustainable.

Because you’re the north star, and I’m here to help you find your way.
