The work
Most founder support is designed for one of two things: delivering information (frameworks, talks, curriculum) or selecting winners (pitching, applications, cohorts).
This is neither.
The work here is specific and direct: find the question you should actually be answering, remove what's blocking you from answering it, and create the conditions for you to move. Everything else follows from that.
Three ways that can happen:
Surgery
On-demand. 1:1. For founders at a specific decision point.
Something isn't moving. A pitch keeps landing flat. A decision you keep coming back to won't resolve. A conversation with an investor or a customer keeps producing the same friction.
Surgery is a single working session designed to identify the real blockage — not the presenting problem, but the assumption underneath it — and leave you with a clear, honest next move.
What it is: the right intervention at the right moment. One session. One real unlock.
What it's not: a coaching retainer, a mentorship programme, or a general strategy session.
How it works:
Short discovery conversation — what's actually happening, what you've already tried
Session design — we agree what we're working on before we start
The session — typically 60-90 minutes, deep and specific
Follow-up — an after-action regroup to interpret, understand, and make decisions
Who it's for:
Founders at a real inflection point — product, GTM, team, fundraising, or personal clarity. You don't need to be a certain stage. You need to have a specific thing that isn't moving.
Pricing:
$500 per-session (up to 3 hours).
$2,500 for 6 sessions
Founders’ Mondays
Recurring. Small group. Built to compound.
A development environment for early-stage founders, run in seasons. Not a curriculum. Not a bootcamp. A recurring structure that creates the conditions for thinking clearly, encountering other founders' assumptions, and building the muscle of navigating under pressure — week after week.
Sessions are facilitated, not lectured. The work is live and specific — you bring what you're actually navigating, not a case study.
What makes it different from other group programmes:
The substance comes from what's happening in the room, not from a slide deck. The founders in the room become your thinking environment. The repetition is the point.
Season structure:
Weekly sessions (60-90 minutes)
Small cohort (typically 6-10 founders)
Thematic focus per season, built around recurring founder challenges
Between-session check-ins and async support
Who it's for:
Founders who benefit from structure, peer exposure, and a recurring rhythm. You need to be doing real work that you're willing to bring into the room.

Fractional Partnership
Embedded. Operational.
For founders who need more than a thinking partner.
Some founders don't need someone alongside them — they need someone inside the business for a period. Commercial strategy that isn't landing. Operational gaps that keep creating drag. Team dynamics that are quietly costing momentum. A hire or pivot decision too consequential to make without an operator in the room.
Fractional Partnership is a defined engagement — typically weeks to months — where I work inside your business on a specific mandate. Same philosophy as Surgery: find the real question, remove the specific blocker, create forward motion. Just from the inside.
What it covers:
Commercial design, Product-Management-as-a-Service, GTM activation, team and operating structure, strategic decision support, investor narrative. A defined mandate agreed upfront.
Who it's for:
Founders with a specific, consequential problem that needs operational depth. Often: post-first-revenue, navigating a transition, or building toward a raise and needing the business to be more coherent before going out.
Availability: Limited. Enquire to discuss.
🧭 The Compass
A clarity tool for founders navigating uncertainty. $10.
A visual decision tool for early-stage founders — and the people who support them. The Compass maps six dimensions of your founder journey across three paired axes: Clarity and Coherence, Signal and Proof, Partnership and Momentum. The biggest discrepancy within a pair tells you your heading.
Not a framework. A tool that creates the conditions for honest reflection — and a starting point for a conversation if you want one.
